It’s an “If There Were No Churches” Day
LORD, HELP US TO MAKE CHURCH LIFE THE CENTRAL PART OF OUR LIVES. AMEN.
If there were no churches there would be:
No church fellowship!
No Sunday school!
No prayer meetings!
No Christian homes!
No “salt of the earth”!
No “light of the world”!
No gospel preached to the lost sinners!
No missionaries sent to the foreign lands!
No “body of Christ” in the world!
No rapture and wedding day of the church to look for!
No training courses for the youth of our country!
No family altars!
No preachers to visit the sick and shut-in and those in lonely homes!
No prayers for sinners!
No moral training for our children!
No Christian schools!
No love for the lost sinner!
Yes, without the church there would be no “Stairway to Heaven”! So you need to act like you know and be on your way to church every Sunday that you can. Can I get a witness?
