It’s a “Thankful He Sent a Saviour” Day
LORD, WE GIVE YOU ALL THE HONOR, GLORY AND PRAISE FOR BEING THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF OUR FAITH AND SALVATION. AMEN.
As we continue to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ Mary’s Baby who is the Lamb of God and Our Lord and Messiah, I want you to think about this:
If our greatest need had been information,
God would have sent us an educator.
If our greatest need had been technology,
God would have sent us a scientist.
If our greatest need had been money,
God would have sent us an economist.
If our greatest need had been pleasure,
God would have sent us an entertainer.
But our greatest need was forgiveness,
So God sent us a Saviour, who looks beyond our faults and sees our needs. A Saviour, who died for our sins. I don’t know about you, but I’m glad about it. “For unto you is born this day a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2:11. So go tell somebody that “Jesus Christ Is Born” and He’s alive, doing well, still in the blessing business and still on the throne. Yes, I thank God that Jesus is our Saviour, how about you?
